Shipping policy
SHIPMENT
Your order will take 1-2 business days to process after confirmation, regardless of the shipping option you selected when ordering. We ship Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. Saturday delivery is not guaranteed, even if you select Express Shipping. We DO NOT ship orders the same day. Please allow up to two business days for your order to be processed (for example, if you order on Monday, your order should ship on Tuesday or Wednesday). You will receive a confirmation email with the tracking link once your order has shipped. Please allow up to 48 hours to receive this shipping confirmation email
Please note that if inaccurate or incomplete addresses are provided or details of your order cannot be verified, processing may be delayed an additional 1-2 business days. We encourage all customers to thoroughly review their shipping and billing information before completing their order to avoid any potential delays.
Your package may or may not require a signature. Most packages are delivered to the mailbox or front door of the address provided. However, it is at the discretion of the delivery person whether the package can be safely left in a secure location. If this is not the case, the package will be left at a local post office or a re-attempt will be made. We recommend providing a delivery address where you or someone else can accept the package (for example, a business address or a friend's address).
TRANSPORT COMPANIES AND TIME FRAME:
- United States : DHL, 3-6 working days.
- Other Countries : DHL, 7–10 working days.
INTERNATIONAL TAXES AND FEES
International customers (outside the EU) are responsible for paying any duties, taxes and other fees that local customs authorities deem appropriate. These fees are paid to your local carrier or government and are not collected by ReModesty and therefore are not refundable.
We ship international packages DDU (Duty and Tax Unpaid), which means that these charges are not included in the price of the goods you purchase on our website. All applicable fees must be paid by the recipient to receive the package. Since we are unable to specify the amount of these charges, we recommend that you contact your country's customs office or tax official to find out the specific fees and rates for a package from outside your country.
Please note that DHL will pay all duties and taxes due on the goods on your behalf once they enter the country. This simple process allows the carrier to deliver your package in the shortest possible time. The goods will only be released to you after the duties and taxes paid on your behalf have been fully refunded. In some cases, after the goods have been delivered, you may receive an invoice from DHL for the fees they paid on your behalf at the destination, plus a small administration fee.
DISCLAIMER FOR INCORRECT ADDRESSES
It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure they enter the delivery address correctly. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping times, so there is a very short period of time within which you can cancel your order or change the address of your order. If you would like to change your delivery address, please write to us at ReModesty as soon as possible after placing your order . We will do our best to make the change, but cannot guarantee this as there are varying time frames in which we are able to do so.
If it is too late for our team to make changes to your order, all we can do is wait for the package to be returned to us. If it is returned to our warehouse, we can send it to the correct address or issue you a full refund.
RETURNS
When you place an order with ReModesty, you are responsible for the cost of returning the item to ReModesty. Please read our Return Policy for more information on returning packages.
